KitKat® Fruit Tartlets


Cups of crispy oats and KITKAT® wafers, filled with Greek yoghurt and the goodness of fresh fruit, and topped with KITKAT® pieces for a refreshing break that makes a tasty gift for Mother’s Day.



  • For the dough:
  • 80g wholemeal flour,
  • 70g porridge oats,
  • 40g brown sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder,
  • 60g Greek style yogurt,
  • 1 egg,
  • 4 KITKAT Classic.
  • For tartlets:
  • 150g Greek style yogurt,
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar,
  • a few drops of liquid vanilla extract,
  • 4 strawberries,
  • 50g blueberries and currants,
  • 4 KITKAT Classic.

What You Will need

  1. Roughly mix the oat flakes and pour them into a salad bowl.
  2. Cut 4 KITKAT® bars into small nuggets.
  3. In the salad bowl, add flour, brown sugar, KITKAT® nuggets and baking powder. Make a well in the center.
  4. Add the egg and Greek style yoghurt, mix to obtain a ball of dough. Let the dough stand for at least 1 hour somewhere cool.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°C (Th. 6).
  6. Fill 4 tartlets pans with the dough, bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool and unmold.
  7. Mix the Greek style yoghurt with the brown sugar.
  8. Divide the yoghurt into the 4 tartlets. Place 1 strawberry, 1 KITKAT® cut in 4, and blueberries and currants on the top in the center.
