COVERAGE AND PARTICIPATING ESTABLISHMENTS
Purchases made in commercial establishments known as Walmart Supercenter, Bodega Aurrera, Chedraui, La Comer, Soriana, HEB, Casa Ley, Calimax, Alsuper and Oxxo in the United Mexican States (Republic of Mexico), which issue a ticket containing in their description of the product purchased any of the Products to Promote within the Term.
Only the information on the purchase receipt that clearly describes the Product to Promote Participant will be taken into account for participation purposes, in order to be able to identify the points that correspond to each product.
The Manager of the Promotion reserves the right to authenticate the purchase tickets through the issuing stores.
- For returns or cancellations of purchase of participating products of any amount or quantity.
- Whose images in photographs sent are not legible.
- That contain information different from that registered by each Participant, that is, different ticket numbers, different dates or different presentations.

The participation of the general public in this Promotion implies the knowledge and acceptance of these bases and conditions indicated with full compliance with the requirements established therein. As well as the acceptance of the established terms and conditions and the corresponding Privacy Notice.
REGISTRATION OF THE PARTICIPANT IN THE PROMOTION:
The first benefit assignment or commercial offer is obtained at the time of correct registration as a participant on the Promotion Website (Website) nestle.com.mx/kitkat by providing the Participant's name and email.
- The benefit consists of an electronic discount coupon by means of a numerical code to present, so that the Participant, within the Validity of the Promotion, can buy two products of the KitKat ® Milk, KitKat ® brand in establishments known as Oxxo de la República Mexicana. White, KitKat ® Dark or KitKat ® Lemon Pie from 41.5 g to a reduced price of $ 28.00 (twenty-eight pesos 00/100 mn).
- Only one coupon per registered participant.
- Only 2,000 (two thousand) coupons available.
- The alphanumeric code is sent to the email provided by the user upon successful completion of their registration for the Promotion, without a purchase condition.
